Pumpkins for Dinner

We ate pumpkins stuffed with fake sausage for dinner. They also contained onion, collards, broccoli, some spices, and whole wheat couscous. Baked for an hour and then cut in half. Matt said they were really quite good. I was going to give him credit for just trying them. It was sort of a fun way to clean out the refrigerator.
