Pancakes for One

I ran out of rolled oats and I don't have a blender so my standards of cereal or smoothie were out. I tried a herbivore whole wheat pancake topped with mixed berries and a little sugar. Both pancakes and topping were my own creation.

Pancakes for 1
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp flax meal
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup soy milk (need to confirm)

Cook on non stick griddle without adding oil. I think the pancakes are about 500 calories. Topping is more.
