Bok Choy Rice Bowl with Ginger Coconut Sauce
Bok Choy Rice Bowl with Ginger Coconut Sauce also included mushrooms, pattypan squash, garlic, and tomato with soy, mirin, vinegar, and agave in the sauce and fresh basil and cilantro at the end.
